Mouse Tead1 qPCR Primer Set – TEA domain family member 1
Also known as: 2610024B07Rik, B230114H05Rik, Gtrgeo5, TEAD-1, TEF-1, Tcf13, mTEF-1
About this gene: Tead1 enables DNA-binding transcription factor activity and RNA polymerase II cis-regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity. It is involved in positive regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including embryonic organ development; hippo signaling; and transition between fast and slow fiber.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 21676; UniProt: P30051; Chromosome location: 7 F1|7 58.8 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
