SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Bfar (bifunctional apoptosis regulator) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Bfar qPCR Primer Set – bifunctional apoptosis regulator
Also known as: 3010001A07Rik, 3110001I22Rik, Bar, Rnf47
About this gene: Bfar is predicted to enable caspase binding activity; protein-macromolecule adaptor activity; and ubiquitin protein ligase activity. It is predicted to be involved in proteasome-mediated ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process and protein ubiquitination. It is predicted to act upstream of or within IRE1-mediated unfolded protein response; negative regulation of IRE1-mediated unfolded protein response; and negative regulation of apoptotic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 67118; UniProt: Q8R079; Chromosome location: 16 A1|16 9.45 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
