SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Stip1 (stress-induced phosphoprotein 1, also called Hop) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Stip1 qPCR Primer Set – stress-induced phosphoprotein 1
Also known as: Hop, Sti1, p60
About this gene: Stip1 is predicted to enable Hsp70 protein binding activity and Hsp90 protein binding activity. It acts upstream of or within cellular response to interleukin-7. Is active in nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 20867; UniProt: Q60864; Chromosome location: 19 A|19 5.15 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
