About this gene: Bcl2l1 belongs to the Bcl-2 family of apoptosis regulators. The Bcl2l1 protein is localized to the inner and outer mitochondrial membranes and regulates the programmed cell death pathway during development and tissue homeostasis. The Bcl2l1 protein binds to voltage-dependent anion channels in the outer mitochondrial membrane to facilitate the uptake of calcium ions.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
