SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Bcl11b (B cell leukemia/lymphoma 11B, also called BCL-11B) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Bcl11b qPCR Primer Set – B cell leukemia/lymphoma 11B
Also known as: 9130430L19Rik, B630002E05Rik, BCL-11B, Ctip2, Rit1
About this gene: Bcl11b enables DNA-binding transcription activator activity, RNA polymerase II-specific and RNA polymerase II cis-regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including T cell differentiation; epithelial cell development; and neuron differentiation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 58208; UniProt: Q99PV8; Chromosome location: 12 F1|12 59.1 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
