SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Bbs10 (Bardet-Biedl syndrome 10) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Bbs10 qPCR Primer Set – Bardet-Biedl syndrome 10
Also known as: 1300007O09Rik
About this gene: Bbs10 is predicted to enable RNA polymerase II-specific DNA-binding transcription factor binding activity. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including neuronal action potential; retina morphogenesis in camera-type eye; and visual perception.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 71769; UniProt: Q9DBI2; Chromosome location: 10 D1|10 58.46 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
