Mouse Baz2a qPCR Primer Set – bromodomain adjacent to zinc finger domain, 2A

Also known as: C030005G16Rik, Tip5, Walp3, mKIAA0314

About this gene: Baz2a enables DNA binding activity; RNA binding activity; and histone H4K16ac reader activity. It is involved in DNA methylation-dependent constitutive heterochromatin formation and negative regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase I. Acts upstream of or within rDNA heterochromatin formation.

Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 116848; Chromosome location: 10 D3|10 76.4 cM

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
