SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Srsf7 (serine and arginine-rich splicing factor 7) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Srsf7 qPCR Primer Set – serine and arginine-rich splicing factor 7
Also known as: 35kDa, 9430065L19Rik, 9G8, NX-96, Sfrs7
About this gene: The Srsf7 protein belongs to the serine/arginine-rich family of pre-mRNA splicing factors, which constitute part of the spliceosome. Each of these factors contains an RNA recognition motif for binding RNA and an RS domain for binding other proteins. The RS domain is rich in serine and arginine residues and facilitates interaction between different SR splicing factors.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 225027; UniProt: Q8BL97; Chromosome location: 17 E3|17 50.63 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
