SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse B9d2 (B9 protein domain 2, also called Stumpy) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse B9d2 qPCR Primer Set – B9 protein domain 2
Also known as: stumpy
About this gene: B9d2 enables gamma-tubulin binding activity. It is involved in cilium assembly.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 232987; UniProt: Q3UK10; Chromosome location: 7 A3|7 13.97 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
