SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Sema3c (sema domain, immunoglobulin domain (Ig), short basic domain, secreted, (semaphorin) 3C, also called Semaphorin-E) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Sema3c qPCR Primer Set – sema domain, immunoglobulin domain (Ig), short basic domain, secreted, (semaphorin) 3C
Also known as: 1110036B02Rik, SemE, Semae
About this gene: Sema3c enables semaphorin receptor binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including cardiac endothelial to mesenchymal transition; chordate embryonic development; and circulatory system development. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including blood vessel remodeling; dichotomous subdivision of terminal units involved in salivary gland branching; and neural crest cell migration.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 20348; UniProt: Q62181; Chromosome location: 5 A3|5 7.99 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
