SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Samsn1 (SAM domain, SH3 domain and nuclear localization signals, 1, also called SLy2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Samsn1 qPCR Primer Set – SAM domain, SH3 domain and nuclear localization signals, 1
Also known as: 4930571B16Rik, 930571B16Rik, Hacs1, SLy2
About this gene: Samsn1 is predicted to enable phosphotyrosine residue binding activity. It is involved in negative regulation of B cell activation; negative regulation of adaptive immune response; and negative regulation of peptidyl-tyrosine phosphorylation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 67742; UniProt: P57725; Chromosome location: 16 C3.1|16 43.36 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
