SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Rrm1 (ribonucleotide reductase M1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Rrm1 qPCR Primer Set – ribonucleotide reductase M1
Also known as: RnrM1
About this gene: Rrm1 enables disordered domain specific binding activity and purine nucleotide binding activity. Contributes to ribonucleoside-diphosphate reductase activity, glutaredoxin disulfide as acceptor and ribonucleoside-diphosphate reductase activity, thioredoxin disulfide as acceptor. It is involved in multiple processes, including deoxyribonucleotide biosynthetic process; nucleoside phosphate metabolic process; and positive regulation of G0 to G1 transition.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 20133; UniProt: P07742; Chromosome location: 7 E3|7 54.72 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
