Mouse Atp6v1g1 qPCR Primer Set – ATPase, H+ transporting, lysosomal V1 subunit G1
Also known as: 1810024D14Rik, ATP6J, Atp6g1, VAG1, Vma10
About this gene: Atp6v1g1 enables proton-transporting ATPase activity, rotational mechanism. Contributes to proton transmembrane transporter activity. It is involved in synaptic vesicle lumen acidification.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 66290; UniProt: Q9CR51; Chromosome location: 4 B3|4 34.01 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
