SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Atp6v1f (ATPase, H+ transporting, lysosomal V1 subunit F) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Atp6v1f qPCR Primer Set – ATPase, H+ transporting, lysosomal V1 subunit F
Also known as: 1110004G16Rik
About this gene: Contributes to proton transmembrane transporter activity. It is involved in synaptic vesicle lumen acidification.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 66144; UniProt: Q9D1K2; Chromosome location: 6 A3.3|6 12.36 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
