SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Rgs16 (regulator of G-protein signaling 16, also called RGS-r) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Rgs16 qPCR Primer Set – regulator of G-protein signaling 16
Also known as: Rgs14, Rgsr
About this gene: Rgs16 enables GTPase activator activity. It is involved in G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway and positive regulation of GTPase activity.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 19734; UniProt: P97428; Chromosome location: 1 G3|1 65.43 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
