SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Rgs12 (regulator of G-protein signaling 12) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Rgs12 qPCR Primer Set – regulator of G-protein signaling 12
Also known as: 1200016K18Rik, 4632412M04Rik, E130309H11
About this gene: Rgs12 is predicted to enable G-protein alpha-subunit binding activity and GTPase activator activity. It is predicted to be involved in termination of G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm; nucleus; and plasma membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 71729; UniProt: Q8CGE9; Chromosome location: 5 B2|5 17.96 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
