SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Atp6v1e1 (ATPase, H+ transporting, lysosomal V1 subunit E1, also called p31) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Atp6v1e1 qPCR Primer Set – ATPase, H+ transporting, lysosomal V1 subunit E1
Also known as: 2410029D23Rik, Atp6e, Atp6e2, Atp6v1e, D6Ertd385e, Vma4, p31
About this gene: Atp6v1e1 enables proton-transporting ATPase activity, rotational mechanism. It is involved in synaptic vesicle lumen acidification. It acts upstream of or within proton transmembrane transport.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11973; UniProt: P50518; Chromosome location: 6 F1|6 57.01 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
