SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Atp6v0e (ATPase, H+ transporting, lysosomal V0 subunit E) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Atp6v0e qPCR Primer Set – ATPase, H+ transporting, lysosomal V0 subunit E
Also known as: Atp6k, Atp6v0e1, M9.2
About this gene: Predicted to contribute to proton-transporting ATPase activity, rotational mechanism. It is predicted to be involved in proton transmembrane transport.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11974; UniProt: Q9CQD8; Chromosome location: 17 A3.3|17 13.46 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
