SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Rbbp8 (retinoblastoma binding protein 8, endonuclease, also called RIM) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Rbbp8 qPCR Primer Set – retinoblastoma binding protein 8, endonuclease
Also known as: 9930104E21Rik, CtIP, RBBP-8, RIM, SAE2
About this gene: Rbbp8 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including identical protein binding activity; single-stranded DNA endonuclease activity; and transcription corepressor activity. It acts upstream of or within G1/S transition of mitotic cell cycle and blastocyst hatching. Predicted to be active in site of double-strand break.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 225182; UniProt: Q80YR6; Chromosome location: 18 A1|18 5.85 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
