SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Atp6v0a1 (ATPase, H+ transporting, lysosomal V0 subunit A1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Atp6v0a1 qPCR Primer Set – ATPase, H+ transporting, lysosomal V0 subunit A1
Also known as: ATP6a1, Atp6n1, Atp6n1a, Atpv0a1, Vpp-1, Vpp1
About this gene: Atp6v0a1 is predicted to enable ATPase binding activity. Predicted to contribute to proton-transporting ATPase activity, rotational mechanism. It is involved in synaptic vesicle lumen acidification.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11975; UniProt: Q9Z1G4; Chromosome location: 11 D|11 64.04 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
