Mouse Atp5mc2 qPCR Primer Set – ATP synthase membrane subunit c locus 2
Also known as: Atp5G2, 1810041M08Rik, Atp5g2
About this gene: Atp5mc2 is predicted to enable ligand-gated channel activity. It is predicted to be involved in proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 67942; UniProt: P56383; Chromosome location: 15 F3|15 57.77 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
