SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Atp5pb (ATP synthase peripheral stalk-membrane subunit b) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Atp5pb qPCR Primer Set – ATP synthase peripheral stalk-membrane subunit b
Also known as: Atp5F1, Atp5f1
About this gene: Atp5pb is predicted to enable proton transmembrane transporter activity. Predicted to contribute to ATP hydrolysis activity and proton-transporting ATP synthase activity, rotational mechanism. It is predicted to be involved in proton motive force-driven mitochondrial ATP synthesis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11950; UniProt: Q9CQQ7; Chromosome location: 3 F2.2|3 46.46 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
