SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Atp5f1e (ATP synthase F1 subunit epsilon) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Atp5f1e qPCR Primer Set – ATP synthase F1 subunit epsilon
Also known as: 2410043G19Rik, ATPE, Atp5e
About this gene: Atp5f1e is predicted to enable P-type proton-exporting transporter activity. Predicted to contribute to ATP hydrolysis activity and proton-transporting ATP synthase activity, rotational mechanism. It is predicted to be involved in proton motive force-driven mitochondrial ATP synthesis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 67126; UniProt: P56382; Chromosome location: 2 H4|2 97.95 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
