SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Atp5f1d (ATP synthase F1 subunit delta) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Atp5f1d qPCR Primer Set – ATP synthase F1 subunit delta
Also known as: 0610008F14Rik, 1500000I11Rik, Atp5d
About this gene: Atp5f1d is predicted to enable proton transmembrane transporter activity and structural molecule activity. Predicted to contribute to ATP hydrolysis activity and proton-transporting ATP synthase activity, rotational mechanism. It is predicted to be involved in mitochondrial proton-transporting ATP synthase complex assembly and proton motive force-driven mitochondrial ATP synthesis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 66043; UniProt: Q9D3D9; Chromosome location: 10 C1|10 39.72 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
