SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Atp2a3 (ATPase, Ca++ transporting, ubiquitous, also called SERCA3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Atp2a3 qPCR Primer Set – ATPase, Ca++ transporting, ubiquitous
Also known as: SERCA3b, Serca3
About this gene: Atp2a3 enables calcium ion binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in calcium ion transport from cytosol to endoplasmic reticulum; endoplasmic reticulum calcium ion homeostasis; and intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway in response to endoplasmic reticulum stress.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 53313; UniProt: Q64518; Chromosome location: 11 B4|11 45.0 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
