SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Prrg2 (proline-rich Gla (G-carboxyglutamic acid) polypeptide 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Prrg2 qPCR Primer Set – proline-rich Gla (G-carboxyglutamic acid) polypeptide 2
Also known as: 1600014G02Rik, 2510041M06Rik, N4WBP1
About this gene: Prrg2 is predicted to enable serine-type endopeptidase activity. It is predicted to be involved in blood coagulation and proteolysis. Predicted to be active in extracellular region and plasma membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 65116; UniProt: Q8R182; Chromosome location: 7 B3|7 29.1 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
