SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Atp1b2 (ATPase, Na+/K+ transporting, beta 2 polypeptide, also called AMOG) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Atp1b2 qPCR Primer Set – ATPase, Na+/K+ transporting, beta 2 polypeptide
Also known as: Amog, Atpb-2
About this gene: Atp1b2 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including ATPase binding activity; P-type sodium:potassium-exchanging transporter activity; and protein heterodimerization activity. It is involved in cell-substrate adhesion; negative regulation of glial cell migration; and positive regulation of neuron projection development. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including brain development; motor behavior; and photoreceptor cell maintenance.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11932; UniProt: P14231; Chromosome location: 11 B3|11 42.86 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
