SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Prkd2 (protein kinase D2, also called nPKC-D2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Prkd2 qPCR Primer Set – protein kinase D2
Also known as: PKD2
About this gene: Prkd2 is predicted to enable protein kinase C binding activity; protein serine kinase activity; and protein serine/threonine kinase activity. It is involved in positive regulation of DNA biosynthetic process; positive regulation of interleukin-2 production; and positive regulation of signal transduction. Predicted to be active in cytosol.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 101540; UniProt: Q8BZ03; Chromosome location: 7 A2|7 9.15 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
