SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Atp12a (ATPase, H+/K+ transporting, nongastric, alpha polypeptide) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Atp12a qPCR Primer Set – ATPase, H+/K+ transporting, nongastric, alpha polypeptide
Also known as: Atp1al1, HKalpha2, cHKA
About this gene: Atp12a is predicted to enable P-type potassium:proton transporter activity and P-type sodium:potassium-exchanging transporter activity.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 192113; UniProt: Q9Z1W8; Chromosome location: 14 C3|14 28.19 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
