SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Ppp2r3a (protein phosphatase 2, regulatory subunit B'', alpha) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Ppp2r3a qPCR Primer Set – protein phosphatase 2, regulatory subunit B'', alpha
Also known as: 3222402P14Rik, A730042E07, C530025M11Rik
About this gene: Ppp2r3a is predicted to enable protein phosphatase regulator activity and protein-macromolecule adaptor activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including regulation of canonical Wnt signaling pathway; regulation of cell migration involved in somitogenic axis elongation; and somitogenesis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 235542; Chromosome location: 9 E4|9 53.19 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
