SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Atf5 (activating transcription factor 5, also called NAP1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Atf5 qPCR Primer Set – activating transcription factor 5
Also known as: AFTA, Atf7, Atfx, ODA-10
About this gene: Atf5 enables chromatin binding activity and transcription cis-regulatory region binding activity. It is involved in cerebellar granule cell precursor proliferation; circadian rhythm; and fat cell differentiation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 107503; UniProt: O70191; Chromosome location: 7 B3|7 28.92 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
