Mouse Atad5 qPCR Primer Set – ATPase family, AAA domain containing 5
Also known as: C130052G03Rik, FRAG1, Gm17
About this gene: Atad5 is predicted to enable DNA binding activity and DNA clamp unloader activity. It is involved in cell population proliferation; negative regulation of intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway in response to DNA damage by p53 class mediator; and nuclear DNA replication. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including intracellular signal transduction; negative regulation of intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway in response to DNA damage; and positive regulation of B cell activation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 237877; UniProt: Q4QY64; Chromosome location: 11 B5|11 47.48 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
