SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Ash2l (ASH2 like histone lysine methyltransferase complex subunit) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Ash2l qPCR Primer Set – ASH2 like histone lysine methyltransferase complex subunit
About this gene: Ash2l is predicted to enable beta-catenin binding activity and transcription cis-regulatory region binding activity. Predicted to contribute to histone H3K4 methyltransferase activity.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 23808; UniProt: Q91X20; Chromosome location: 8 A2|8 14.17 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
