SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Phgdh (3-phosphoglycerate dehydrogenase, also called A10) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Phgdh qPCR Primer Set – 3-phosphoglycerate dehydrogenase
Also known as: 3-PGDH, 3PGDH, 4930479N23, A10, PGAD, PGD, PGDH, SERA
About this gene: Phgdh enables phosphoglycerate dehydrogenase activity. It is involved in L-serine biosynthetic process. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including G1 to G0 transition; nervous system development; and oxoacid metabolic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 236539; UniProt: Q61753; Chromosome location: 3 F2.2|3 42.74 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
