SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Pdgfb (platelet derived growth factor subunit B) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Pdgfb qPCR Primer Set – platelet derived growth factor subunit B
Also known as: PDGF-2, PDGF-B, Sis, c-sis
About this gene: Pdgfb is predicted to enable multiple functions, including platelet-derived growth factor binding activity; protein dimerization activity; and receptor ligand activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including metanephric glomerulus vasculature development; paracrine signaling; and positive regulation of glomerular filtration. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including nervous system development; salivary gland morphogenesis; and vasculature development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 18591; UniProt: P31240; Chromosome location: 15 E1|15 37.85 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
