SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Pctp (phosphatidylcholine transfer protein) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Pctp qPCR Primer Set – phosphatidylcholine transfer protein
Also known as: PC-TP, StarD2
About this gene: Pctp is predicted to enable phosphatidylcholine binding activity and phosphatidylcholine intramembrane carrier activity. It is involved in negative regulation of cold-induced thermogenesis. It acts upstream of or within cholesterol metabolic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 18559; Chromosome location: 11 C|11 54.7 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
