SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Abhd10 (abhydrolase domain containing 10) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Abhd10 qPCR Primer Set – abhydrolase domain containing 10
About this gene: Abhd10 encodes a mitochondrially-localized enzyme that acts as a hydrolase. The Abhd10 protein removes glucuronide from mycophenolic acid acyl-glucuronide.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 213012; UniProt: Q6PE15; Chromosome location: 16 B5|16 30.04 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
