SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Arnt2 (aryl hydrocarbon receptor nuclear translocator 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Arnt2 qPCR Primer Set – aryl hydrocarbon receptor nuclear translocator 2
Also known as: Hif-2b, bHLHe1, mKIAA0307
About this gene: Arnt2 enables multiple functions, including DNA-binding transcription activator activity, RNA polymerase II-specific; aryl hydrocarbon receptor binding activity; and protein heterodimerization activity. It is involved in central nervous system development; in utero embryonic development; and positive regulation of DNA-templated transcription.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11864; UniProt: Q61324; Chromosome location: 7 D3|7 48.35 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
