SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Nxn (nucleoredoxin) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Nxn qPCR Primer Set – nucleoredoxin
Also known as: l11Jus13
About this gene: Nxn enables thioredoxin-disulfide reductase activity. It is involved in circulatory system development; negative regulation of Wnt signaling pathway; and negative regulation of protein ubiquitination. It acts upstream of or within in utero embryonic development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 18230; UniProt: P97346; Chromosome location: 11 B5|11 45.92 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
