About this gene: Numb encodes a conserved protein that is distributed asymmetrically during cell division in the developing embryo. The Numb protein participates in cell fate decisions by interacting with the Notch receptor. Loss of function of Numb leads to severe defects in neural development and loss of viability.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
