About this gene: Nr4a3 belongs to the NR4A subfamily of nuclear hormone receptors that bind to DNA and modulate gene expression. The Nr4a3 protein has been implicated in T and B lymphocyte apoptosis, and immune cell proliferation. Mice lacking the Nr4a3 protein exhibit partial bidirectional circling behavior and inner ear dysfunction.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
