SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Ms4a1 (membrane-spanning 4-domains, subfamily A, member 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Ms4a1 qPCR Primer Set – membrane-spanning 4-domains, subfamily A, member 1
Also known as: Cd20, Ly-44, Ms4a2
About this gene: Ms4a1 is predicted to enable epidermal growth factor receptor binding activity; identical protein binding activity; and immunoglobulin binding activity. It is involved in positive regulation of calcium ion import across plasma membrane. It acts upstream of or within response to bacterium.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 12482; UniProt: P19437; Chromosome location: 19 A|19 8.19 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
