SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Aprt (adenine phosphoribosyl transferase) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Aprt qPCR Primer Set – adenine phosphoribosyl transferase
About this gene: Aprt enables adenine binding activity and adenine phosphoribosyltransferase activity. It is involved in AMP salvage; GMP salvage; and IMP salvage. It acts upstream of or within adenine metabolic process; grooming behavior; and purine ribonucleoside salvage.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11821; UniProt: P08030; Chromosome location: 8 E1|8 71.91 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
