SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Mcm8 (minichromosome maintenance 8 homologous recombination repair factor) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Mcm8 qPCR Primer Set – minichromosome maintenance 8 homologous recombination repair factor
Also known as: 5730432L01Rik
About this gene: Mcm8 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including 3'-5' DNA helicase activity; mismatch repair complex binding activity; and single-stranded DNA binding activity. Predicted to contribute to single-stranded DNA helicase activity. It is involved in double-strand break repair via homologous recombination; female gamete generation; and male gamete generation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 66634; UniProt: Q9CWV1; Chromosome location: 2 F2|2 64.75 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
