SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Mapk12 (mitogen-activated protein kinase 12) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Mapk12 qPCR Primer Set – mitogen-activated protein kinase 12
Also known as: Erk6, P38gamma, Prkm12, Sapk3
About this gene: Mapk12 is predicted to enable ATP binding activity; MAP kinase activity; and magnesium ion binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including MAPK cascade; myoblast differentiation; and protein phosphorylation. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm and nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 29857; UniProt: O08911; Chromosome location: 15 E3|15 44.65 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
