SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Map2k4 (mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase 4, also called SEK1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Map2k4 qPCR Primer Set – mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase 4
Also known as: JNKK1, MAPKK 4, MEK4, MKK4, PRKMK4, Sek1, Serk1
About this gene: Map2k4 enables MAP kinase kinase activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway in response to hydrogen peroxide; neuromuscular junction development; and smooth muscle cell apoptotic process. It acts upstream of or within MAPK cascade; negative regulation of motor neuron apoptotic process; and response to wounding.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 26398; UniProt: P47809; Chromosome location: 11 B3|11 40.53 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
