About this gene: These peptides play important roles in a broad range of physiological processes such as cardiac contractility, blood pressure, blood vessel growth, appetite and drink behavior, and pituitary hormone secretion. Mice lacking the Apln protein develop progressive heart failure and exhibit a shorter bleeding time, prothrombotic profile and increased bone mass.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
