SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Mad2l1 (MAD2 mitotic arrest deficient-like 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Mad2l1 qPCR Primer Set – MAD2 mitotic arrest deficient-like 1
Also known as: MAD2
About this gene: Mad2l1 is predicted to enable protein homodimerization activity. It acts upstream of or within mitotic sister chromatid segregation and mitotic spindle assembly checkpoint signaling.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 56150; UniProt: Q9Z1B5; Chromosome location: 6 C1|6 30.56 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
