SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Apbb3 (amyloid beta precursor protein binding family B member 3, also called Fe65L2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Apbb3 qPCR Primer Set – amyloid beta precursor protein binding family B member 3
Also known as: Fe65l2, Rirl2, TR2S
About this gene: Apbb3 is predicted to enable amyloid-beta binding activity; low-density lipoprotein particle receptor binding activity; and molecular adaptor activity. It is predicted to be involved in negative regulation of cell cycle phase transition; negative regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II; and positive regulation of protein secretion. It is predicted to act upstream of or within negative regulation of apoptotic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 225372; UniProt: Q8R1C9; Chromosome location: 18 B2|18 19.46 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
