About this gene: The Ltc4s protein is an enzyme that catalyzes the synthesis of leukotriene C4 by combining leukotriene A4 with reduced glutathione. The Ltc4s protein is found in the outer nuclear membrane and in the peripheral endoplasmic reticulum. Leukotrienes have been implicated as mediators of anaphylaxis and inflammatory conditions such as bronchial asthma in humans.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
